Cellulose casings are great for making snack sticks, skinless wieners, hot dogs, cocktail sausages and more!   High humidity is highly recommended during cooking/smoking.  After cooking, shower for 10-20 minutes or soak in an ice water bath to reduce wrinkling. Must peel casings before eating.

21mm - stuffs approximately 19 lbs per stick 

Do not soak casing prior to use.

Must be properly stored to prevent them from losing moisture. When not being used, keep in the poly bag and sealed.  Dried casings will become brittle, resulting in sizing and breakage issues during stuffing. Ideal storage conditions are at 60/70% relative humidity. Store in a seal bag or container in the fridge for best use.
